Mr. Rivera was beyond helpful. He let me try all the pianos, played them for me and shared all his expert knowledge about the different companies. Not only did he encourage me to take my time, he helped me find "my" piano. I never felt pressured or rushed. I ended up purchasing the W. Hoffmann v126 from C. Bechstein. I'm so in love. I recently moved so I was looking into an electric keyboard. He took me around the store and showed me all his electric pianos and hybrids. Once I had decided on the one and got all the paper work done. We couldn't resist continuing to talk music and try out as many of the grand pianos as we could. they have everything from great entry level keyboards, to concert grands, and even some truly one of a kind pianos.
