Mr. Rivera was beyond helpful. He let me try all the pianos, played them for me and shared all his expert knowledge about the different companies. Not only did he encourage me to take my time, he helped me find "my" piano. I never felt pressured or rushed. I ended up purchasing the W. Hoffmann v126 from C. Bechstein. I'm so in love. I can't even begin to describe how amazing the sound and quality are. If you are in the market for a piano, go to Kim's and meet with Steve. You won't be sorry!
